1. Ask your friend or relative to complete the referral form below.
2. They then bring this form to our sales & marketing suite when they first enquire about our new homes.
3. If they go on to buy one from us, you’ll both receive £500. Easy.

Referrals are invalid if the individual is already known to, or has previously registered with Dandara. The referral form must be completed in full, signed by all parties and returned to Dandara at the address stated on the referral form. The £500 payment will only be paid to the referring and referred parties upon legal completion of the homebuyers property purchase. If legal completion does not take place neither party will receive the £500 payment. The scheme is only available to UK residents who are aged 18 or over and is not available to employees of Dandara or their agents. The recipient(s) accept that they are responsible for declaring and paying any tax that may be due on the £500 payment. Dandara Limited reserves the right to withdraw this scheme at any time and to refuse any application where we consider there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
